PHD Help Desk is software conceived for the registry and follow-up of help desks incidents. Registry of incidents allows classification in two levels (type and subtype), the state of the incident, a description, ticket assignment and priority, historical registry, and an audit. Information can be reported in consultation format, to give reports or export the information for later processing in a database or spreadsheet.

Release Notes: Now you don't need to configure the include_path variable in the php.ini file. The email send library has been updated to PHPMailer 5.1. This release adds transactionality. It has a new log file with email send errors. It replace the deprecated functions ereg and split. There is an areas and users loader, a news report, and a new parameter to assign the ticket to an operator. Bug #34 has been corrected: when a ticket with alert state was input, a nonexistent program was called.


Release Notes: The tickets file export is in Excel format. The operator can create a new password if it is forgotten. Bug #33 has been corrected: In the advanced query, if the date format was invalid, the application called a nonexistent file.


Release Notes: BUG #32 correction: $_GET depuration to prevent XSS attacks. Passwords are encoded in MD5. The main screen shows the operator's assigned tickets with a particular state. The audit fields have been changed: now USER (users) and OPER (operators) are different. Ticket timestamp is the workstation timedate, not the server timedate. The date format is configurable. User validation is done before inputting the user request. User requests can be followed up by the requestor. The user can add comments to the ticket created by the request, with email warnings.
