Packages can be downloaded, installed, loaded specifying an URL (ticket #15). Added support for ``.tar`` files (ticket #17). Use ``gmake`` in favour of ``make`` for platforms where the two are distinct, such as BSD (ticket #14). Added ``--make`` option to select the make executable (ticket #16).

    Release Notes: This release can deal with extensions whose Makefile is not directly available but is generated by the configure script, and fixes a bug when the Makefile is not in the project root (ticket #12).

      Release Notes: This release fixes two issues reported with 1.0.1. It will correctly handle PostgreSQL identifiers to be quoted (ticket #10). It will not crash with a traceback if some external command is not found (ticket #11).
