Release Notes: A bug in unpgphtml was corrected. Metachars now work also on Windows (e.g. pgphtml *.html). If the HTML document is valid HTML 4.01, the signed HTML will also be valid HTML 4.01. This has been tested using http://validator.w3.org/.
