Release Notes: This release changes the logging facility API, providing a layer of abstraction allowing logging to arbitrary targets (e.g. files, databases, XML, etc.). Release Notes: In this latest version, the logging of actions now works correctly, #status now msgs back with bot status, and the hostmasks code is much better, in that a hostmask that would break user identification cannot be specified. host_to_user() now only returns correctly if it finds one user, and not multiple ones.
