    Release Notes: This version includes improved support for multi-column documents. It also adds the ability to convert the documents in a folder by dragging/dropping the folder onto PDF OCR X (Community Edition is still limited to one page at a time). It also fixes a bug with the "Quit" menu item that caused it to not work.

      Release Notes: This release adds support for additional file formats such as GIF, JPEG, PNG, BMP, and TIFF so that you can now run OCR on your images by simply dragging them onto the PDF OCR X icon.

        Release Notes: The community version will now convert the first page of a multi-page PDF rather than simply informing user to upgrade to Enterprise Edition for multi-page PDFs.

          Release Notes: This release eliminates a number of dependencies and now uses the Quartz engine for PDF rendering. It also improves support for very large PDF files by reducing the disk memory footprint significantly while conversions are in process.

            Release Notes: This release fixes some minor bugs, including proper recognition of PDF files that have an upper-case .PDF extension and correct handling of files when dragged onto the application icon.

              Release Notes: The program was updated to use Tesseract 3 for improved accuracy. Support was added for over 20 languages, including Chinese and Japanese. Some improvements were also made to the user interface to make it a little more intuitive. Finally, this version no longer requires Rosetta to start up.

                  Release Notes: Improved handling of line breaks so that text flows better. Previous versions would tend to use hard wrapping, which caused line breaks to appear mid-sentence. This version uses soft wrapping so that line breaks only appear between paragraphs.
