Release Notes: This release was rewritten in C++. This allows for greater speed, much less memory use, a massive reduction in the number of bugs, and cleaner code because there are no nasty hacks to reduce memory use or increase speed. The user interface has changed substantially, as now there are no more XML files: all data is entered from the command line. Installation uses GNU Autotools (e.g. ./configure && make && make install).
