Release Notes: This release includes an Italian translation, sub-queue support, a RO/RW group feature, a ticket split feature, sendmail backends (Sendmail and SMTP), a page navigator for AgentQueueView, a generic module/group permission concept for the Kernel/Modules/*.pm modules, a SendNoAutoResponseRegExp config option, color HTML highlighting (priority and note type), mod_perl2 support, and an RPM package for Red Hat 8. CSS is now used everywhere. Improvements were made to the performance of the MIME parser, customer integration, the default theme with icons, the AdminEmail feature, and ticket searching.

Release Notes: This version fixes and HTML email with IE, fixes a HTTP redirect problem with mod_perl2, and fixes the spell check and some other small bugs.

Release Notes: A Brazilian Portuguese translation has been added. Spell Check has been fixed. Customer user searching on PhoneView and pending ticket notification have been added. Some bugs have been fixed.

Release Notes: A switch to a new config mechanism, new translations in Bulgarian, Dutch, and Finnish, a new spell ckecker for agent interface, a new ticket storage backend for filesystem and database, attachment support for customer panel, a new pending feature for tickets, a new ticket print view, a interface for fetching emails without procmail, fetchmaili, and MDA, and some bugfixes.
