    Release Notes: A new Web application framework was launched. PGP and SMIME support for emails was implemented. A new Role feature for large setups was added. A ticket ACL feature and OTRS Web package manager (to install applications like calendar or filemanager) were implemented. A new admin sys config frontend has been implemented. Foreign keys for the database schema were added. The CSS and dtl block features were reimplemented.

      Release Notes: This release fixes calendar lookup icons that were not shown and some Admin SysConfig bugs. The Web installer has been rewritten and a new function for postmaster follow up with X- OTRS-Header update has been added. Some other small bugs have been fixed.

        Release Notes: New support for db2 was added, and a Web GUI enabled for Kernel/Config.pm. A foreign key bug and some other major bugs have been fixed. The customer FAQ and public FAQ areas have been rewritten.

          Release Notes: This release fixed the language translation files, fixed Timezone not being reflected in DB Tables, fixed adding FAQ categories, added HTML access keys for the navigation bar, added a new added ticket event module layer, and fixed many other small bugs.

            Release Notes: PGP support and SMIME for support for emails was implemented, a new Role feature for large setups was added, and a ticket ACL feature and OTRS Web package manager (to install applications like calendar or filemanager) was implemented. Major changes were a split of the config files, the framework was redesigned, and foreign keys for the database schema were added. The CSS and dtl block features were reimplemented.

              Release Notes: This release fixes a major bug concerning Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit and German umlaut. German spelling mistakes in agent notifications were fixed. An uninitialized value in a string in Kernel/System/Ticket/Article.pm was fixed. Wrong label attachments in the DB backend, wrong customer notifications, a bug in HTTPS link quoting, and some other small bugs were fixed.

                Release Notes: This release includes some new admin Web interfaces, a statistics framework, a ticket bulk feature, an improved customer panel, new Radios authentication modules, a global timezone feature, a .dtl block and include feature, and an encrypted database password option in Kernel/Config.pm.

                  Release Notes: This release included a multi customer_id document, fixed a "call customer via phone" bug, added support for sub dtl blocks, and provided a new delete option for POP3. The generic agent Web interface was improved and a few other bugs were fixed.

                      Release Notes: An RPM package for SUSE 9.1 was added. A bug where queue_auto_response references in scripts/database/initial_insert.sql did not exist was fixed. A Hungarian translation was added. A performance problem in Kernel::Language was fixed. Missing priority options in SearchTicket() were added.
