Release Notes: A new export and import system, a template system, multiple language settings, demo and open modes, user suggestions, and much more were added.

Release Notes: New user levels were added: Guest, with view only rights, User, which can suggest dictionary edits, Dictionary Admin, which can edit te dictionary, and Site Admin, which can edit users. The /task system workflow was updated. A new /sql directory was created. The admin user was fixed in SQL files. The /module directory, was removed and settings.php was moved to the top level.
