Ortro
Ortro is a framework for enterprise scheduling and monitoring. It allows you to easily assemble jobs to perform workflows and run existing scripts on remote hosts in a secure way using ssh. It also tests your Web applications, creates simple reports using queries from databases (in HTML, text, CSV, or XLS), emails them, and sends notifications of job results using email, SMS, Tibco Rvd, Tivoli postemsg, or Jabber.

It can lock a host or a system so as to lock all jobs at once, such as the ability to receive notification on job event (i.e. start and end). The File Watch plugin was added, and the Service Check plugin can check multiple services at once, allowing you to select the most commonly used service directly from a default list.

Release Notes: This version includes some enhancements and fixes. Now the Pear::Auth package is used for authentication and the timeout for long running jobs was added. The memory free and mysql database table check plugins were added. In addition, the installer was improved and the FCKeditor library was updated.
