Release Notes: This version added support for using XShape to give a circular window (which can be disabled with -noshape), or optionally to make the entire background of the clock transparent (-mask). An -ontop option that sets the appropriate window manager hint was also implemented.
Release Notes: This version is now double-buffered. There are command line options for -geometry, -bg, -fg, -fg2, -rings, and -date. There was a rearrangement of the rings, and there is now a date option for including text in the center.
Release Notes: The original was not very good C (or C++), although gcc tolerated it. This release is more ANSI-compliant.
