        Release Notes: This release adds many new features, including the ability to associate units with individual signatures and to change display defaults for geocoordinate types as well as latitude/longitude display formats. This version also adds better on-disk read-only support for HDF5 files with BSQ interleave. Numerous bugs have been fixed.

          Release Notes: This version adds many new features, including the ability to link views with a single click as well as a keyboard shortcut. This version also adds progress reporting to the Windows 7 task bar. Numerous bugs were also fixed.

            Release Notes: A number of bugfixes, along with new NITF TRE parsing for SENSRB and ENGRDA. Also provides updates to the metadata viewer, IGM Georeference, Wavelength Text Exporter, and PCA.

              Release Notes: A number of new methods of zooming, panning, and adjusting stretch were added to the histogram plot. A new band binning algorithm was added. The ability to georeference images using an IGM file was added. This is the first release of Opticks built using Visual Studio 2010, allowing plug-in developers to also use Visual Studio 2010. A number of convenience functions were added to DataAccessor to simplify algorithm development. A number of smaller enhancements and bugfixes are also included.

                Release Notes: The capability to subset by bands has been added to the Image Chipping Window and Preview. The capability to automatically georeference an image as it is imported has been added. You can now display a histogram plot and corresponding statistics for any given AOI over a user defined set of bands. The Scripting Window has been redesigned and now supports displaying output and error text during command execution. In addition, multiple lines can be pasted and executed, and drag and drop support for scripts has been added. A number of smaller enhancements and bug fixes are also included.

                  Release Notes: This release included bugfixes and a couple of noteworthy new features, including improved performance when loading files, the ability to disable banners in the views, and a new importer that loads spectral signatures from the freely available ASTER Spectral Library.

                    Release Notes: This release added support for viewing and editing band wavelengths without the Spectral Processing Extension. Color composites can be created using either wavelengths or band numbers and accessed from the right-click menu of an image. A new North up button was provided for rotating images. The Generic GDAL Importer was upgraded. Various performance improvements were made. The SDK now includes a OpticksVersion.h header file, which is useful for determing the version of an SDK. Extensions can now be built using the Windows Platform SDK compilers. Therefore, a Visual Studio install is not required. There were many other enhancements and bugfixes. This release is binary incompatible with 4.3.X releases, so extensions must be re-built.
