Release Notes: This version fixes quite a few bugs and implements a number of security features. In order to upgrade to this version, you must first download the full 0.946 version and upgrade incrementally to 0.948.

An upgrade manager was implemented, which makes upgrades a lot easier and keeps all OPT systems up to date with new releases. This version is also available as an upgrade from 0.901b.
Release Notes: The setup page now includes "Delete_priv" in the SQL example. A bug in which creating a project didn't notify the demo users was fixed. A task posting date field was added. "New task" icons were added. The tasks are now ordered by category and posting date.
