Release Notes: Full text history search from the address field was added. A new security notification scheme was added in the address field, with support for Extended Validation (EV) certificates. Alternative tab-closing behaviors were added. Several keyboard shortcuts were modified. Many performance improvements were made. 32-bit plug-ins (like Flash Player) and 64-bit plug-ins now work out of the box in 64-bit Linux builds. MathML support was added. Many other feature enhancements were made.

Release Notes: Recent security issues were fixed. Several freezes and problems with plugins were resolved. Inline find was vastly accelerated. Handling of badly nested HTML tags was improved. SVG support was enhanced. Support for the CSS3 "box-sizing: inherit" value was added. Support for APNG was added. Opera Mail was made multi-threaded to improve performance. Numerous stability and performance improvements were made, and many bugs were fixed.

Release Notes: Performance was improved with a new ECMAscript engine, and with new indexing and storage back-ends for Opera Mail. Site support was improved, with support for the "overflow-x" and "overflow-y" CSS properties, JavaScript getters and setters, and line-/block-breaking in rich text editors. Accessibility was enhanced. OS integration was improved. 64-bit builds as well as QT4 Linux builds are now available. Preliminary support for Flash 9 Beta 2, mplayerplug-in, and other GTK-based plugins was added. Many more changes were made.

Release Notes: A cross-site scripting vulnerability due to a character encoding inheritance issue with frames was fixed. SpeedDial was introduced, placing previews of up to nine pages into a new tab or page for quick selection. The keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+[1..9] were changed to access these nine predefined sites quickly. Thumbnails now also hover over the windows panel. Developer Tools were introduced, including DOM inspector, JavaScript inspector, CSS editor, and HTTP header inspector. Many other fixes were made.

Release Notes: Several display bugs were fixed. Several fixes for Web archives, including saving of XHTML documents, were implemented. Tab selection when exiting full screen mode was fixed. Temporary downloads are now cleared when deleting the cache. Stability with Java applets was improved. An SSL negotiation problem was fixed. Multi-tracker support was added to BitTorrent. Many improvements for Widgets were introduced. A system tray icon was added for Unix. International input via dead keys and IM was fixed. Duplicated messages in IMAP and re-download of feeds was fixed.

Release Notes: Support for small Web applications (Widgets) was implemented. Site-specific preferences including a content blocking feature and a management interface were introduced. The popup blocker was enhanced. Bittorrent support was added. An error console, an editor for search shortcuts, and an internal source viewer/editor were added. Web page thumbnails were enabled. Support for Acid 2 and several CSS 3 properties was improved. Plugins using the Netscape plugin API 0.16 are now supported, and the need for Motif was removed. New IMAP mailer code was implemented.

Release Notes: This second preview release includes fixes for a number of bugs reported in TP1. More 6.0 features were added, and better implementations of existing features were added.
