Release Notes: This release synchronizes the release number with the main openSCADA projects, adds some minor bugfixes, and uses a fork of the official jinterop version (now using slf4j for logging, to make it consistent with the rest of openSCADA).

The IOPCServerList interface (a.k.a. OPCEnum) was mapped and helper classes were added to the "lib" module to allow easy browsing for available OPC services.
