Release Notes: In this release, the VM dependency on Rik's engine was resolved, latency was decreased in several paths, and a tracing bug was fixed so that you can now trace migrated processes. A small race in migration was eliminated, and the user-space tools were totally rewritten for GPL compliance. Some documentation was also added.
