OpenBSC

OpenBSC implements the minimal necessary parts for operating your own GSM network, i.e. BSC, MSC, HLR, AuC, and SMSC. Using one or more base transceiver stations, it supports circuit-switched voice calls, SMS, mobility management, and in-call hand-over.
