      Release Notes: A dictionary of words frequently used by the Russian Orthodox Church has been added. Dictionary building scripts have been improved (low memory option). This release uses version 0.99f0 of the rus-ispell dictionary.

                Release Notes: This release contains updates to sync with version 0.99d8 of rus-ispell. The affix file now has full grammatical information added as comments. Affix /dictionary files and package tar.gz are heavily optimized for size.
