Release Notes: ogmencoder now uses the quality variable in encoding Ogg audio. An -inputavi option that converts AVI files into ogm files was added. An -avi option that creates an AVI file with CBR MP3 audio instead of the ogm file was added. The -hcrop and -wcrop options were reintroduced for manually cutting black bands.
