Release Notes: A new Russian translation (in three different charsets!), fixes for a few missing messages in the French i18n library, a fix for bug 563690 (Mozilla rendering problems), a fix for a bug where status of campaigns and creatives was not being translated, and tightening up the display of daily/hourly stats to make it fit in a table better.

Release Notes: A problem in oasisi-e.php and oasisi-i.php was fixed. The default size of CreativeContent shared memory was lowered from 5MB to 4MB, to accommodate the majority of FreeBSD users. A misnamed variable in install.php which caused problems if the MySQL root account has a password was fixed. Documentation was improved, and includes a better explanation of how to run hourly_maint.php if something goes wrong in the install, as well as a Troubleshooting section. An [oasis_domain] configuration variable was added. The cookie in oasisi*.php is now set properly, based on the configuration at install time. oasisi-e.php and oasisi-i.php were changed to use http://[oasis_host][oasis_url]oasisc.php instead of /oasisc.php when delivering third-party ads.
