Nuxeo Platform
Nuxeo Platform provides a framework and set of components to address document management and collaboration needs, including metadata/taxonomies, versioning, lifecyle management, workflow, relations, searching, reporting, transformation, auditing, and retention. Its flexible extension system, based on OSGi, allows developers to quickly configure and extend the platform by creating new components. Its default Web user interface, based on the JSF standard, uses AJAX to create a pleasant user experience. It can also be accessed by a rich client interface through the use of Web services, for instance using the Eclipse-based Nuxeo RCP rich client platform.

Release Notes: This release comes with full integration of the Content Routing workflow engine, enhancements to the social collaboration parts like the activity wall, support for OpenJDK7, new addons providing diffs between documents, file templating, software multi-tenancy, and a new mobile application. It is also the first supporting Nuxeo Drive, a synchronization client "à la DropBox". It's available as a preview version, and the first stable version should come before the end of the year.

Release Notes: This major release removes the EJB3 layer, adds a Native Relation Store to replace Jena, starts to replace jBPM tasks with document-based tasks, extracts the CSS from the theme engine, improves VCS performance, and adds new widget ant layout features. It's now possible to deploy Nuxeo as a plain WAR static archive. The authors provide official support for OpenJDK6 and have started working on OpenJDK7. This new version is also fully compatible with Nuxeo IDE.

Release Notes: A new WSS (Windows SharePoint) connector has been added. OpenSocial portal integration and OAuth support have been enhanced. HTML5 support was added for drag'n'drop, facets for documents, local configuration, etc.

Release Notes: This is a major new release that adds features such as the Nuxeo Marketplace, a complete solution catalogue; the Nuxeo Admin Center, a personalized download and patch notification dashboard; content views, a new service to manage and configure content listings; faceted navigation, an advanced navigation mechanism; the document routing service; performance optimizations; new Nuxeo Studio features; CMIS 1.0 support, based on the newly released Apache Chemistry OpenCMIS; JBoss 5 and OpenJDK support.

Release Notes: A new configuration system (to make upgrading and administration easier) has been added. The Tag Service has been re-implemented (complete integration with the VCS backend). There is a new "Content Automation" feature. The repository (VCS) has been improved (with better Oracle support and optimizations). New packaging options and installers (a new Windows installer and Debian packages) have been added. There are new translations.
