Version 13.3 of nut

Avatar

Release Notes: This release gives the user more control over essential fatty acid values. The balance between Omega-6 and Omega-3, as modeled by William Lands' equation relating dietary intake to the ultimate composition of cell membrane phospholipids, can now be changed to favor more or less Omega-3, and this relationship is shown on analysis screens. The maximum allowable amount of EPA and DHA can also be set. If this maximum is set low, the program shows by how much Omega-6 would have to be restricted in order to meet the target.
