Release Notes: This release enhances the function that reverse-engineers the formulation of a packaged food in order to provide the nutrient values that are not on the nutrition statement. The algorithm can now evaluate ordered ingredient statements with multiply-nested or grouped ingredients, and provides a progress indicator for the calculation.

          Release Notes: The automatic portion control feature has been expanded to include calcium. By designating a food as the calcium food during meal planning, its quantity is automatically adjusted to provide the "Daily Value." This feature is valuable when meals habitually do not have sufficient calcium.
