Version 1.00 of nullmailer

Release Notes: This release fixes a problem with multiple arguments to protocol modules, extraneous spaces in SMTP sender, address parser handling domain names with trailing periods, a bug in header parsing that would cause the last header line to be repeated if there was no body, and handling headers containing CR+LF line endings. Permissions on queued files are more strict.
