Release Notes: Assorted minor bugfixes.
Release Notes: Longword 1d spectra and a brand new tree browser based GUI were added. The use of several deprecated Tcl API functions was removed. More descriptive titles were provided for spectra in Xamine. Projection spectra and many other smaller things were added.
Release Notes: The fortran requirement at compile time was removed. The code now compiles cleanly and works on ia64 systems. Pipe data source selection is retried if it failes with EINTR. A print buffer overflow was fixed. Credit is given for the treeparam concept in the source code. Gamma spectrum increments were fixed.
Release Notes: A new unified graphical user interface relieves most users from the need to see the command line interface. Projection spectra can now be made as well.
Release Notes: The TreeParameter extension was absorbed into the main release. Classes were added to support reconstruction of scaler and control data. Chart recorder spectrum type and bit mask gates were added. An API layer was written to provide fixed interfaces into a potentially fluid internal structure.
Release Notes: SpecTcl and Xamine have been built under topologilinux (a coLinux/Slackware distribution). Slackware source and binary packages have been created, along with instructions that allow MS-Windows users to install all this on their Windows systems.
Release Notes: Support for compilation on gcc/g++ 3.x was added. These changes allow the software to compile out of the box on e.g. Red Hat systems.
Release Notes: Several defect fixes were made.
