Re: Nice + A Few Suggestions
Hi Dave, thanks for the suggestions! The categories filter thing you mentioned below is a bug i'll have fixed in the next release.

Right now there is system tray functionality to create a task from text copied to the clipboard, or create a new blank note or task. However, some systems seem to have problems with the .ico file used, so it just shows a blank space in the system tray instead of the icon. Is there any other functionality you'd like from the system tray?

Thanks for giving it a try!

        Nice + A Few Suggestions
        Greetings,

I've been looking for a nice easy tool for notes/tasks and this one seems to have promise.

I've only played with it for a few minutes but thought I'd add some some comments:

        I'm on WinXP Pro SP3

When adding a new task, it immediately disappears from the task view after creation. Turns out it is due to the filters - By showing the filters and chosing "all" for all filters, the tasks show. You might want to change the default behavior of the filters to show all.

One thing I'm looking for in a note/task solution is the ability to toss the tool into the system-task-tray - I know this is meant to be cross-platform, but I hope you are working on that functionality as it will make a difference to how I use it.

Thanks for creating this tool - I think you got a good plan with the encryption support and added web functionality.

        I wish you success!
