Newsletter is a tool for Web site owners that wish to send newsletters to subscribed users. For this, the program must be supplied with a template file, holding mail header and body, as well as access to the user database (only MySQL is supported). The software will then generate and send one customized mail per user. Newsletter is not intended to be used for sending spam, and is designed in a way to prevent this kind of usage by requiring the use of one's own mailserver.
