Network Ustadi is a Web interface for managing network services. It provides firewall management, routing table management, NAT configuration, DHCP server configuration, interface configuration, etc.

Release Notes: Problems that caused the process to terminate were solved. A Virtual Server configuration problem was fixed. A few bugs in the NAT management module were fixed.


Release Notes: The tool now supports Linux with iptables and FreeBSD with ipfw. SSL support was added along with native language support with gettext. A network address translation table management module (for natd and iptables), a static routing table management module, and an interface configuration management module were added. The log_msg function can now add local time to logs. A firewall configuration saving feature for FreeBSD was added. Editing rules and direction parsing on FreeBSD were fixed along with a login form submit problem.


Release Notes: There is a new user interface. CSS usage has improved. Small icons that symbolize actions have been added. A service name feature has been added that converts known port numbers to names, according to /etc/services. A sesexpiretime variable has been added to netustad.conf(5). Session Expire Time can be changed in netustad.conf(5). When logging the login event, the client IP address is added to the logs. There is a confirmation screen when deleting rules. A fragmented option bug has been fixed. A destination port bug on FreeBSD 4.x has been fixed. A buffer overflow problem in auth.c has been fixed.


Release Notes: A startup script was added, netustadctl was fixed, and the directory hierarchy was changed.
