netboot dhctp/tftp server

netboot is a tiny PXE-aware combined DHCP and TFTP server. It can be used to bootstrap the Ubuntu or Debian net installer. Other uses include assigning an address to a network device like ILO to configure it. It needs almost zero configuration.
