Version 1.12 of ncdc
Release Notes: This release consists of miscellaneous additions and fixes. Symlinks in shared directories are not followed by default now, and a new "share_symlink" option has been added to restore this old behavior. A bell notification system and a "notify_bell" setting has been added, in addition to a "sudp_policy" setting, improved hub configuration management, filtering options for the connection list, and a few other minor improvements.

Release Notes: This release fixes a possible crash when attempting to open a client connection in passive mode on an ADC hub. This bug was introduced in the previous release.
