Release Notes: The license has been changed to the GPL. A pushing feature has been added to push users into channels, and this release has the ability to make channels un-ownable. It also cleans up some code and fixes a couple of bugs.
Release Notes: The ability to write the current list of users online to a text file was added. The program may now be configured for French, German, Italian, Norwegian, and Spanish.
