Release Notes: Various bugs were fixed and workarounds were included for bugs in glibc and Tk.
Release Notes: The bugs with panel switching, alt-arrows double action, crashing when reading a non-existent directory, crashing on keymaps with NoSymbol in them, and a bad window title in View/Edit are fixed. A Reload command was added to the panel menus.
