• Major bugfixes

Release Notes: This release has an English translation, a nice HTML layout, an installer (installn2h.sh, and install images and a style file in the /usr/local/share/n2h directory. Core files are installed in the correct places. netfilter2html copies all files located in /usr/local/share/n2h at first run to the real HTML directory (defined in netfilter2html.conf). A favicon (favicon.ico) has been added.
