Release Notes: This is a release candidate rolled up to a release.

Release Notes: All previously open bugs were closed or are pending. One of two feature requests were completed. Doxygen was applied to the code. A few regression tests were added as a start. Very little functional code was altered as of yet from 0.3.1. Mostly comments, markup, change to fuse_opts(), and testing were done. This is a candidate for version 0.4.0.

Took up the project, closed (or to-pending) the open bugs and one feature, added Doxygen docs, and incorporated some comments from some reviews.

Builds and passes regression-test (all 3? tests -- w00t) on linux, but some permission problem on MacOSX, perhaps a non-impl entry-point.

This tool is not about performance, but is intended to open some experimentation possibilities. There are other similar FUSEs, but this one gelled for me.
