Release Notes: Data, thumbnails, and various sizes for display are now kept in a separate directory leaving original photo directories untouched. The Web Manager script was completely rewritten, and now includes Web-based configuration. A commandline script for batch thumbnailing, resizing, and directory cleanup was added. Minor cosmetic changes were made throughout.
Release Notes: This release is much more customizable thanks to the use of templates, which makes it quick and easy to match the photo gallery to a site. Also added was a smaller viewing option for all pictures of 320 pixels in width, an option to turn off the shadows around each picture, password protection, and new PNG images for directories to allow for any color background that you wish. It no longer uses Image Magick's ping function to prevent incompatiblities between versions.
Release Notes: A major security bug which allows visitors to view just about anything the script has access to on your system has been fixed. There are a few other minor bug fixes. An alpha version of the ability to watermark all of your pictures with a custom logo has been added.
Release Notes: The album display routines and the Web-based admin tool were completely rewritten. My Photo Gallery now supports thumbnails, resizing, and rotating of JPEG, GIF, and PNG files. Support was added for recognition of unlimited filetypes with custom icons (20 or so are natively supported). Both images and files can now be kept in your galleries. The admin tool now allows for rotation of images. The EXIF data embedded in JPEGs (camera type, iso, shutterspped, aperature, etc) is now extracted and displayed.
