Bug fixes for 1.6.0

Errors in the new Auto Signatures and Footers plugins have been fixed.

When appending Footers or Signatures to text/html parts, mxHero’s java library would alter the part’s Content-Type to text/plain rather than maintaining the original text/html. The result is email rendered with visible html markup.

This is a problem with the java library used by mxHero. mxHero has added a workaround.
