Mupen64Plus is a plugin-based N64 emulator for Linux which is capable of accurately playing many games. Included are four MIPS R4300 CPU emulators, with dynamic recompilers for 32-bit x86 and 64-bit amd64 systems, and necessary plugins for audio, graphical rendering (RDP), signal co-processor (RSP), and input. There are 3 OpenGL video plugins included: glN64, RiceVideoLinux, and Glide64.

      Release Notes: A graphical debugger for the R4300 core . On-screen display. A KDE4 GUI (experimental). A cheat system with Gameshark codes. A search/filter box in the GTK GUI. Single frame advance. The ability to adjust emulator playback speed up or down in 5% increments. Rumble Pak support with force feedback. Mapping emulator functions (fullscreen, stop emulation, etc) to joystick buttons or axis movements. Volume up/down.

        Release Notes: This is the first official release with the Mupen64Plus project name. This project evolved from earlier work on a pair of projects called Mupen64-amd64 and RiceVideoLinux.
