A ';' now splits commands, while ';;' sends one ';'. ';' expansion can now also be disabled. The ANSI background color code was fixed, some less frequently used ANSI codes were added, the default font was changed to monospace 12, NAWS subnegotiation was fixed, and a new version control system was introduced. The Windows packaging system was rewritten and COMPILE.WINDOWS was updated.
