Release Notes: This release updates the "Copyright (c) 2011" messages to 2012. Please do not use 1.9 until further notice; a severity 1 bug has been discovered, and it does not work at this time.

Release Notes: 1.8.3050 and 1.8.3055 have had their manufacturing rules updated to tag newly minted code as Copyright (c) 2012 instead of 2011. The SchemaDef.CopyrightPeriod attribute has been added to the 1.9 and 2.0 BAM models. There have been no functional changes.

Release Notes: The way optional reference attributes are considered has been corrected. Previously, if any of the columns involved were not null, the reference resolution was attempted. The corrected implementation no longer attempts to resolve a reference if any of the optional columns correlate to a required target column have not been specified. Work is proceeding on testing a GEL compiler for 1.9 and 2.0 as well.

Release Notes: This is the alpha release of 1.9, which is now capable of serving the same level of functionality as 1.8's latest release. There is still another beta and a production release to be done for 1.8 as well. The main project website has had a lot of work done in the past few weeks to document the tool, how to use it, and how to use the GEL expert system interpreter it creates for your business application models. The author has also tabled an open proposal for the 1.9 beta in the early 2012 timeframe.

Release Notes: With this release, the system now qualifies as an artificial intelligence capable of learning about a generic business application model and adapting itself to being able to learn about implementations of that model. This is the crowning glory in MSS Code Factory's history.

Release Notes: A number of cosmetic tweaks were done over the past day and weeks, including little things like timestamp messaging. Most of the work has actually been focused on 1.9 of late, except for some model changes which applied to all projects. The main reason for this release is to provide a current snapshot for a due diligence evaluation which is expected to start Monday.

Release Notes: This is the initial release of the 1.8 Java 6 based implementation of MSS Code Factory. It runs in roughly 15% of the time that the 1.7 C#/.Net version did, thanks to some aggressive performance tuning and architectural changes made over the past month or few.

Release Notes: This release adds XML Parsers with working ORM/Ram. This was the second key step along the way to producing a Java 6 refresh of the MSS Code Factory core technology.

Release Notes: Database sessions are now properly established from the servlets to the PostgreSQL database. Forms check for the existence of the session, and if it's not found or properly initialized, redirect you to the login form. The Business Logic DbIOs interfaces have been brought forward by the core Schema layer. This reduces the typecasting application programmers have to do. The inherited index queries are now implemented by the TableObjs.

Release Notes: Sessions are now properly established by the Login forms, and confirmed by the other Servlets, which redirect to the Login form if no session exists. The Business Logic layer DbIOs are now exposed by the core Table interfaces of the Schema package, reducing the typecasting the application programmer has to do. SchemaSchema implementations now have isConnect(), connect(), and disconnect() methods, as well as supporting configuration file or JNDI naming to establish new database connections. The coding style has been made more dense. Output from the tool has been cleaned up and reduced.
