MRTGWebCfg

Release Notes: File modes can be assigned on creation of new images. The pages for adding, viewing, and modifying records were changed, and mrtg.cfg changes are displayed there. New MRTG settings were added. The "Target" setting can be SNMP or OTHER. OTHER means an arbitrary value, including a script or predefined value. Code optimization was done.

Release Notes: The program can now determine whether a new version of MRTGWebCfg was released. Three global MRTG parameters were added: RunAsDaemon, Interval, and NoDetach. $Column_Set_Standart was removed from config.php. Admin scripts were moved to the "admin" subfolder. Database support detection in PHP was added.
