Release Notes: This release works correctly even with multiple config files, each with a different WorkDir. For the directory index mode, the config directives from the first target of this subtree now apply (BodyTag, Refresh, etc.).

Release Notes: The following new directives were implemented: Options[]: noi/noo, kMG[]: <empty>. Bugfixes were made, especially for bugs which occurred when parsing the config file with extensive usage of [^], [_], and [$]. Compatibility fixes were made for non-GNU versions of strftime.
