Release Notes: This release adds simulation with Gnucap or NGSpice. It adds Monte Carlo and Corner Case simulations. It fixes a synthesis error for 1-pole Chebyshev filters. It changes initial component values. Some phase responses were nonmonotonic; this has been fixed.
