Release Notes: This release adds a "-q" command line parameter to quieten output, and enables the telnet protocol. It now uses the "-l" telnet parameter, and unlinks ~mprl/.ssh/known_hosts before running ssh. It also improves the Makefile.

Release Notes: This release contains minimal changes, bugfixes, and cleanup. A sleep() is now performed after error messages, as they will usually appear after hitting enter on "login:" prompts. LOCAL (i.e bin/login) logins will always be accepted, whether or not the "mprl" user and group exist.
