Release Notes: Support has been added for localized messages, filenames, and identifiers, as well as automatic conversion between character sets and line ending conventions. HTTP networking has been improved to support chunked transfers and proxies. Support has been added for configuration files in working copies. Several bugs have been fixed in the merge, propagate, and update algorithms.


Release Notes: In this version, the database row size was increased. CVS import performance and network scalability were improved. Support was added for importing CVS branch tags, checking version codes against randomized MACs, queueing tree histories, and dumping and reloading databases as text. Some metadata formats were changed to accommodate future internationalization changes.
