Mondrian

Mondrian is an OLAP (online analytical processing) database written in Java. It implements the MDX language, and has support for JOLAP and XML for Analysis. It reads from SQL and other data sources, and aggregates data in a memory cache.

    Release Notes: A switch was made to olap4j. Rollup policy controls and aggregate roles were added. Support for aggregating distinct-count measures was added. Dimension sharing was improved. Support for virtual cubes was enhanced. An extensive set of scalar functions was added. JNDI support was added in the connect string. Numerous bugs were fixed.
