Release Notes: This release correctly supports software RAID on RHEL 6, with re-creation of metadata and UUIDs. It fixes restoration issues for Debian and Ubuntu, as well as on RHEL 5 (the tune2fs command wasn’t working for ext4; it required the use of tune4fs). It supports out of tree kernel modules (such as hpsa from the PSP/SPP) and has improved support for latest HP ProLiant Blades. It fixes many small annoyances (like #616), especially thanks to new automated regression tests.
Release Notes: Various bugfixes (an exclude/include dir issue and rounding disk computation) and some new drivers.
Release Notes: Fixes were made for improved support of LVM device exclusion, including fixes for LVM issues in 188.8.131.52, fixes for grub on OpenSuSE restoration support, for a crash when backuping NTFS FS, and for other small things.
Release Notes: This is the first step of the "Long Time Support" approach for MondoRescue. The goal is to provide you with mostly bugfixes, as well as minimal changes to allow for support teams and stable environments to be disrupted as little as possible. In particular, this version fixes #363, #364, and #367, improves Debian/Ubuntu support, and provides a "nolvm" option.
Release Notes: Bugs were fixed. SSHFS is now supported in addition to NFS. This release added the latest initrd FS for 2.6.30+ kernels, exclusion of devices and partitions in LVM, pre- and post-restore scripts, new network drivers (bnx2x, e1000e), IA-64 fixes, grub2, and more.
Release Notes: Multipath support. Latest kernel modules support for Ubuntu 8.10, Fedora 10, and Mandriva 2009.0. ext4 support, RHAS 2.1 support, and memory allocation reduction.
Release Notes: USB key/disk support was added. Initial Itanium support (RHEL) was added. Ubuntu 7.10 support was added.
Release Notes: This release fixes a critical bug with bzip2 recovery (broken in 2.2.2).
Release Notes: For coherency, /var/log/mondoarchive.log is the new log file name and now includes mindi.log. Additionally, /var/log/mondorestore.log is the new log file name for restoration (under /tmp during the restore process). RHEL 5, Debian 4.0 (aka Etch), and Mandriva 2007.1 have mondo packages. initramfs is now supported (for FC5/6, Debian 3.1/4.0, etc.) as well as UUID. There are many bugfixes (mindi will never ever erase your /home again, and the -G option for gzip will now work).
Release Notes: mindi now supports a configuration file, nvidia and ahci drivers, and temporary file management. mondo now supports the gzip compression format, greater speed, and busybox 1.2.2.
