Release Notes: This release features support for much faster persistent environments, including twisted, internal Web server, mod_python, and FastCGI (CGI is still possible). It has diffs between arbitrary revisions, themes, and plugin directories for parsers, processors, themes, and XML-RPC. Log file operations (RecentChanges or history) are much faster. UserPreferences is easier. There are fixes in importPlugin, UTF-8, email headers and encoding, and system page recognition. There is better HTML, and the design uses CSS. TWikiDrawPlugin has been updated.
