Release Notes: The new commands "show_character_code" and "remove_duplicate_lines_backwards" have been added.

Release Notes: The new command "copyright update" has been added. Filenames containing "@" are now correctly shown in file menus. In read-only buffers in Pager mode, the space key now advances a page, leaving one line of context. In "bufhandle_menu", keys 0-9 move the cursor to the n/9th handle.

Release Notes: Non-regular files are now ignored at startup instead of giving an error, so "moe *" now edits all the regular files in the current directory. The buffer name is no longer set when saving if a file can't be created. Some small bugs were fixed.
