A buffer around "getch()" has been added to speed up pastes. The efficiency of "append_record" has been improved for consecutive overwrites. The efficiency of replaces has been improved, especially consecutive ones. This release allows "reformat paragraph" to be interrupted with Control-c, "F2" and "F3" to serve as their own abort keys, and space to select items in menus.
Release Notes: The "load_file" command no longer opens a new window for an already loaded file. The "goto_matching_delimiter" command now tries to guess what delimiter to match if the cursor is not on a valid delimiter.

Release Notes: Non-regular files are now ignored at startup instead of giving an error, so "moe *" now edits all the regular files in the current directory. The buffer name is no longer set when saving if a file can't be created. Some small bugs have been fixed.
