Release Notes: A great deal of changes have occurred. A lot of cruft and dependencies were removed from the main codebase. The transition to setuptools-based installation was completed. The setuptools Resource API handles assets more effectively. Additionally, the Cheetah integration now caches templates in memory, which should allow for use of template #cache directives, although this hasn't been tested.
